How do you eliminate snoring during night?
You and your partner are sick of snoring and it might cause relationship problem later
on. However, there are a lot of solutions that can help snoring and its complication.
Causes: If you are overweight , the fatty tissue and muscle
can cause you snoring. Once we are at middle age, the throat is narrower and
make you snoring. There is more tendency for snoring men than women . Alcohol and smoking and some medicine like sedatives make muscle
relaxation on throat and can cause snoring. Sleep posture can effect on snoring
as well.
When we know simple common causes for snoring, we can reduce
snoring by changing lifestyle not to become overweight, doing exercise
regularly in which facial muscle exercise for example: ,open and close your
mouth and then suck your cheek and repeat the cycle every day. Neither alcohol consumption nor taking
medication e.g, pain killer, muscle relaxant, antihistamine can
help you to reduce snoring. You need drink
plenty of water according to body weight. Humidifier in the room during
the night help you clear the nasal passage and help snoring.
